11th May, 2026 The Role This role would suit someone who enjoys variety in their day, takes pride in accuracy, and can confidently manage multiple responsibilities without needing constant supervision. You’ll be working across administration, customer service, operations, dispatch coordination and data entry. Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: Uploading products and images into catalogue systems Processing and checking vendor information, pricing and accuracy Taking payments and following up outstanding invoices Organising couriers, Australia Post and dispatch logistics Picking, packing and coordinating approvals and collections General administration and reception support Filing, stocktakes and maintaining office supplies Assisting with catalogue preparation and deadline management Troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions under pressure About You Exceptional attention to detail and strong data entry accuracy Organised, proactive and capable of managing your own workload Can work independently and stay on top of priorities in a busy environment Thinks quickly and enjoys solving problems as they arise Handles deadlines well and can adapt when plans change at the last minute Is reliable, responsible and takes ownership of tasks Communicates professionally with customers, vendors and team members Understands the importance of discretion and confidentiality Enjoys a varied role where no two days are the same Can juggle multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy You will be working within a supportive team with a relaxed and friendly office culture.
